    This is so sad, I hate it when people do this to their dogs... poor dog, he probably thought it was some kind of game or something like that at first, then realized it wasn't. Poor thing!

    This is truly heartbreaking:( How can anyone abandon a dog? The poor thing must have been terrified.
    Seriously, I think that his owners should go to jail.
