Are dogs running wild normal where you live?

    There isn't a problem with that where I live. I live in a very small town, so it would be odd to see something like that. There is one dog in our neighborhood though that roams around where she wants. The owners think that they own the place and let the dog go where she wants. Then the dog will follow others who are walking their dog and go to the bathroom while they are walking. I think it's wrong that they do that, and they should take more care of their dog. Don't let it go wherever it likes. There are cars that come through here very fast, and they could hit the dog.
