    @IcyBC Hehehe, I know what you mean. Some rednecks sometimes act on their impulse and end up doing some really odd things, lol. Believe me, I know! So, this guy tosses the food for his dogs or he just does that because he just feels like it? LOL. I'd not be surprised at the latter, specially if he is always drinking and super high D: But at least you are ok with all of them.

    Oh no @Trellum I avoid them at all cost! He tossed his left over food to my yard for Capone to eat, and I confronted him once already without threat. Capone has a sensitive stomach, he will puke eating something different. There were police cars (5 of them) surrounded his house at 2:00 AM last week. I don't want to have anything to do with him or have the police knocking down my door because of it.
