It does! If you're considering getting another dog at all, it sounds like maybe you should start checking into a Chinese crested, huh? So long as you're going to be around a lot anyway, it'd be the perfect fit.

I saw a Dog Whisperer episode where he was trying to help a man get over his fear of dogs so that his family could get a dog. They were interested in a large breed, but Caesar ended up helping the man overcome his fear using a Chinese Crested. The family ended up adopting that very dog even though it wasn't anythting like what they initially wanted.

Somebody crossed a Chinese Crested with a Shih Tzu and came up with this:

    Ewwww.

I think Chinese Cresteds are really ugly anyway. To see one mixed like this grosses me out even more. No thanks. :p

Lol, Chinese Cresteds look so funny! Look at this one:

I would laugh constantly if I owned one. Somehow they remind me of horses:p But I don't think it's a breed for me. I just prefer furry dogs:D

Hairless dogs are really interesting because “hairless” doesn't necessarily mean completely maintenance-free. Some of the better-known breeds include the Chinese Crested, Xoloitzcuintli, Peruvian Inca Orchid, and American Hairless Terrier.

One thing people sometimes overlook is that hairless dogs still need plenty of skin care. Their exposed skin can be more vulnerable to dryness and sun exposure, so regular bathing and appropriate protection are important.

I'd also recommend researching the individual breed rather than assuming all hairless dogs have the same temperament or care requirements. The American Hairless Terrier, Chinese Crested, Xoloitzcuintli, and Peruvian Inca Orchid all have their own characteristics and needs.
