This is quite a famous article in some dog books I've read and I just wanted to share it with you guys. Some of them are pretty hilarious, particularly the one depicting the Labrador Retriever and Chihuahua.

Golden Retriever: The sun is shining, the day is young, we have ou whole lives ahead of us. What are you doing inside, worrying about a light bulb?

    Rottweiler: Go ahead! Make me!

Australian Shepherd: Put all the light bulbs in a little circle ( LOL, a little too excited to herd sheep, aren't they?)

Border Collie: Just one! And I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code!

    Chihuahua: Yo quiero taco bulb?

Pointer: I see it, there it is, it's right there...

Labrador Retriever: Oh me, me, pleeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I, huh? Can I?

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Bangkeaw: This is how you do it. First, take one light bulb between your teeth. Hold it firmly but gently. Ooops! Let's start again. With a new light bulb.

Wow, I checked the Bangkeaw breed some weeks ago. They're certainly adorable with all that fur and perked up ears. Victor, you're such a meanie.

I bet they'd rather wipe the light bulb clean with their fur so that it becomes too shiny that there'll no longer be a need to put it in a socket to light it up.

LOL those "lines" are new to me.

Well, here the local breed is called Aspin and will just use the sunlight/solar bulb since it's practical and earth friendly. :p

    Toy Fox Terrier:

    *Looks at the light bulb*

    Can I eat it? No?
    Is it another dog? No?
    Is it a rodent? No?
    Can I chase it? No?
Is it a new agility obstacle? No?
Can I sleep on it? No?
Can I chew on it? No?

    What good is it?

*Turns its back and walks away*

This is the first time I've heard of this but it is pretty funny.

Old English Sheep Dog: Light bulb? That thing I just ate was a light bulb?

    Basset Hound: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Westie: Dogs do not change light bulbs -- people change light bulbs. I am not one of THEM so the question is, how long before I can expect my light again?
