Mobile telephones

    I am just curious about how your dog reacts when people are speaking on a mobile telephone. One of our dogs used to assume that the person was speaking to her and go up to them. Our other dog was too distracted to notice such things. What about your dog?

    When I'm talking over the phone, Homer instantly gets jealous and wants me to focus on him, to pet him or to play with him...so usually I have to hold my phone in one hand and his toy in the other. When my father calls - Homer's favorite family member - and I let them "talk", my sweet dog immediately starts licking the phone:eek:

    Our recent dog does not mind if I am speaking to someone on a mobile phone or telephone. There is no reaction at all.
