Sheep Dog Trials

    Have you ever watched sheep dog trials? If you love dogs then you would have no problem watching them go through their paces. Though others would think it was worse than watching paint dry. Tasmania is to hold the trans Tasman sheep dog trials this weekend, a contested between New Zealand and Australia. Sheep dog trials originated in the UK 100 years ago and are now world wide.

    I've never seen any sheep dog trial, we don't have this in our country...or at least I suppose so. These dogs are so well trained! I wonder what my Homer would do if he saw a sheep:p .

    Interesting to watch, like someone else posted I have never actually seen the sheep trials. Well, unless you count seeing it in the movie "Babe" LOL. I am amazed that some cable channel such as Animal Planet has never aired these trials, they have aired other things pertaining to dogs so why not this event.
