Soldier Rescues Dog from Afghanistan

    This shows how much dogs work their way into our hearts. The soldier came across this dog on duty in Afghanistan. The dog was used for dog fighting.

    He was able to trade cigarettes to save the dog's life. Then, somehow he arranged for a rescue group to get the dog out of the country.

    Now the dog is leading a happy life. There's a video at this link that tells the story.

    Great to know that the rescued dog was having a happy life now.
    And also great to know those people who have a huge heart for our best friends who are in need. ;)
