    Breeding for the fun of it. That's what happened to my brother-in-law whose children thought breeding can be fun and profitable. They bred their shih tzu and another small dog which resulted in 4 cute puppies. But unfortunately, there were no buyers so they were left with the puppies to grow. Now they have 7 dogs in all.. inside their house which smells like a pet shop. At least they admitted their mistake and swore not to increase the dog population anymore.
