    Sounds like a plan. Now if the government would adopt a similar plan to control the human population. Like married couples are given a tax rebate when they show proof that they have undergone voluntary neutering. Or something like that.

    Not cool? Why not? Because the government is involved? So does it sound any cooler if the people practice eugenics on their own?

    According to Wikipedia:
    "Eugenics is the "applied science or the bio-social movement which advocates the use of practices aimed at improving the genetic composition of a population", usually referring to the manipulation of human populations." Read more.

    Going by that definition, I think there are a lot more people practicing eugenics on other people than we might think. Like parents who insist on choosing who their children will marry. Right?
